Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen: an eccentric billionaire gives you tickets to Hawaii, a street magician teleports you to Kelowna, you get stuck in a supply closet at work… whatever the reason, you can’t make the appointment you booked with us. Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We book our mechanics for you specifically, so if you cancel your appointment at the last minute that means we’ve probably turned away other customers and ordered parts for no reason 🙁

Credit card to hold a booking:

  •  At our sole discretion depending on our schedule, we may request a credit card to hold a booking.
  • If so, we would use a pre-authorization hold for the amount of the job – but nothing is charged to your card at the time of booking.


If you give less than 24 hours’ cancellation notice:

  •  We may invoice you a $90 cancellation fee (and this may be automatically applied to your credit card if we per-authorized)
  • If you re-book immediately upon cancellation we may waive the cancellation fee
  •  If you have pre-paid for your service we will hold the full amount of your service as a credit on your account. If you do not re-book within 7 days, we will withhold a $90 cancellation fee and refund the remainder.


If you cancel when your mechanic is already on route to your location:

  •  We may invoice you a $29 mobile call out fee in addition to the $90 cancellation fee if you cancel while the mechanic is on-route to your appointment.

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Credits on account are non-transferrable.
